Wallenius Wilhelmsen Visits Jiangyang Special Cable Co. Ltd

On April 11, 2024, Jiangyang Special Cable Co. Ltd welcomed representatives from Wallenius Wilhelmsen, the world's largest car carrier company. Project Manager Kabsik Jang and Chief Engineer Joakim Weyhing visited to discuss marine cable supplies for the “Shaper Class” methanol dual-fuel car carriers, a project in collaboration with China Merchants Heavy Industry Nanjing Jinling Shipyard.

During the visit, Jiangyang showcased its sustainability efforts, including resource recycling and eco-friendly emissions treatment. Joakim Weyhing praised our approach, stating that we "Press the Right Button" by effectively integrating sustainable practices that align with the project’s zero-emission goals.

The delegation toured our CNAS laboratory and production facilities, where they were impressed by our advanced equipment and stringent quality control measures. The visit affirmed the strength of our partnership and set a solid foundation for future collaboration.
